Discover and take part in CUP2GO!

CUP2GO is a project launched by the City of Luxembourg in May 2022.

The main objective is to raise public awareness about environmentally responsible consumption by using reusable cups for takeaway hot drinks instead of single-use cups.

Cafés, restaurants and bakeries in the city are encouraging their customers to bring their own cup in return for a reward such as a small discount, a sweet treat or a stamp on a dedicated loyalty card.

So grab the cup of your choice (bamboo, ceramic, whatever you got for Christmas – anything goes!), hurry down to your favourite places and get a reward.

Don't have a cup at home? Not to worry. Our Cityshopping Info Point can direct you to shops that sell them, and we will also be giving away our own reusable cups through our "wheel of fortune" at the Grande Braderie street market. On Monday, 5 September, head on down to the Cityshopping Info Point at 2, Place d’Armes to try your luck and walk away with a cool, eco-friendly cup on us!
